Adam Seeley

Managing Principal

Adam has been an agent for more than 25 years, specializing in personal lines on the independent agency side. He is a graduate of Luther College (IA) and received his MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed/certified in property/casualty insurance. Adam was recognized by the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association as the 2013 Young Agent of the Year. He lives in White Bear Lake, Minnesota with his wife, Amanda, daughter Clara, and son Drew.

Chris Olafson

Principal/Insurance Advisor

Chris has been an independent personal insurance agent for more than 20 years, specializing in providing his clients a rare level of proactive service and professional advice in the area of personal and commercial insurance. Chris is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, where he attended the University of Minnesota–Duluth and where he met his wife Stacey. They live in Woodbury with their four busy boys: Anders, Erik, Niklas, and Davin. Chris enjoys spending free time outdoors, golfing, hunting, and attending his kids’ various activities.

Adam De Quesada

Partner/Insurance Advisor

Adam has worked for Alliance Insurance Advisors since the company’s inception in 2011. Prior to his role as an insurance advisor, Adam worked in the banking industry and golf profession. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and continues to advance his education within the insurance industry. Adam is married to his wife, Nikki, and has three young sons Jack, Max and Blake. He loves the summer months in Minnesota, and spends as much time as he can outdoors. He enjoys following Minnesota sports teams, and as a side note, he can easily be talked into trying unique foods!

Chad Fuenffinger

Partner/Insurance Advisor

Chad has been in the industry since 2009 and is licensed in property/casualty insurance. He acquired his CISR designation in 2013 and is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a Business Marketing degree. Chad lives in Roseville with his wife Carla, and his children, Charles, Eila, Cecilia, and Fredric. A PGA Class A golf professional, Chad likes to hit the links whenever he gets a chance. In summer, he and his family enjoy heading up to Carla’s family cabin and fishing for the elusive walleye. In winter, he enjoys playing hockey and curling.

Tracey Tvedt

Insurance Advisor

Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her parents owned an insurance agency—a family business where good customer service was simply the right thing to do, and it is ingrained deeply within her as well. Tracey lives in White Bear Lake with her husband, Greg. She has five grown children, and together they have 14 grandchildren. In her spare time, Tracey loves family dinners and sleep-overs with the grandkids. She enjoys reading, baking, camping, and watching Netflix with her three cats: Pearl, Penny, and Pete.

Sarah Mastarone

Insurance Advisor

Sarah specializes in personal lines and has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was first licensed when she was nineteen and started working for her grandparents’ agency in White Bear Lake. Sarah lives in Oakdale with her husband, Tim, and children, Roman and Madelyn. When she is not working, she can be found spending time with her family and finding new places to explore in Minnesota. She enjoys reading, camping, crocheting, and traveling.

Julie Cartford

Insurance Advisor

Julie has worked in the insurance industry for more than 18 years in a variety of roles. When she married Chuck, they moved to California where she remained in the insurance industry. Julie and Chuck moved back to Minnesota and Julie stayed home to raise their 2 sons; Sam and Ben. Insurance was calling her name again after the boys enrolled at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis Campus. Julie enjoys travel, spending time with family, camping, tending to flower gardens, and cooking.

Brenda Mager

Insurance Advisor

Brenda has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years. Her primary focus is in Personal Lines. Before beginning her career insurance, she worked in the banking industry. Brenda lives with her husband, daughter, and new Brittany puppy. She loves the outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, gardening, and traveling. A few of her favorite places she’s traveled are the BWCA, Costa Rica, and Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands.

Crystal Deyo

Insurance Advisor

I have been an account manager for 5 years and am very passionate about getting to know my clients. I have lived in MN all my life and currently live in North Branch with Brian and my daughter Ella and Brian’s daughter Addison. We share our home with 3 dogs Dexter, Chop and Carly and our cat Mittens. We like to go to car shows and are members of MSRA (MN Street Rod Assoc).

Shannon Devinny

Insurance Advisor

Shannon has been in the insurance industry more than 8 years and worked in Hospitality Management for over 20 years. Helping people is her sweet spot. Shannon has 2 children and 2 grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, making home cooked meals, live music, fishing, and exploring the amazing lakes of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Janice Bailles

Insurance Advisor

Janice has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing primarily on Commercial Lines. Janice lives in New Richmond, with her husband, daughter and 6-year-old grandson. In her free time, she enjoys cooking/baking, boating/fishing, camping and spending time with her yellow lab puppy, Lily.

Ben Wehmas

Insurance Advisor

Ben has been in the insurance industry for 6 years and has a passion for helping his customers. He has lived in Minnesota his entire life and recently moved to White Bear Lake. In his free time, he enjoys watching MN sports, spending time on his boat and many other outdoor activities. Ben recently got engaged to his fiancé Bailey, and they will be married in 2026.

Camila Rius Juncos

Reception

Camila lives with her 1-year-old daughter and her two dogs, Apolo and Frijoi. Together they enjoy traveling to embrace the food and beauty of nature. While they do much of their travel to nearby towns, Camila finds time to explore new places.
