Adam has been an agent for more than ten years, specializing in personal lines on the independent agency side. He is a graduate of Luther College (IA) and received his MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed/certified in property/casualty insurance. Adam was recognized by the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association as the 2013 Young Agent of the Year. He lives in White Bear Lake, Minnesota with his wife, Amanda, daughter Clara, and son Drew.


Chris Olafson

Chris has been an independent personal insurance agent for more than 20 years, specializing in providing his clients a rare level of proactive service and professional advice in the area of personal and commercial insurance. Chris is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, where he attended the University of Minnesota–Duluth and where he met his wife Stacey. They live in Woodbury with their four busy boys: Anders, Erik, Niklas, and Davin. Chris enjoys spending free time outdoors, golfing, hunting, and attending his kids’ various activities.

Adam has worked for Alliance Insurance Advisors since the company’s inception in 2011. Prior to his role as an insurance advisor, Adam worked in the banking industry and golf profession. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and continues to advance his education within the insurance industry. Adam is married to his wife, Nikki, and has two young sons named Jack and Max. He loves the summer months in Minnesota, and spends as much time as he can outdoors. He enjoys following Minnesota sports teams, and as a side note, he can easily be talked into trying unique foods!

Chad has been in the industry since 2009 and is licensed in property/casualty insurance. He acquired his CISR designation in 2013 and is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a Business Marketing degree. Chad lives in Roseville with his wife Carla, and his children, Charles, Eila, Cecilia, and Fredric. A PGA Class A golf professional, Chad likes to hit the links whenever he gets a chance. In summer, he and his family enjoy heading up to Carla’s family cabin and fishing for the elusive walleye. In winter, he enjoys playing hockey and curling.


Gordy Beulke

Gordy has been in the insurance industry for more than 40 years, since he first joined the Beulke Agency, which was founded in 1959 by his father and mother in White Bear Lake. He is licensed in property/casualty, life, and health, and has earned a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Gordy was born and raised in White Bear Lake, where he still lives with his wife, Debbie. (Go Bears!!) They raised three boys: Matt, Brett, and Kurt, who are all active in White Bear hockey, baseball, and football. In his spare time, Gordy enjoys golf, hunting, and traveling. He is an avid fan of the Twins, Vikings, Wild, most U of M sports, and of course his grandkids’ sporting events.

Lee joined the insurance industry in April 2016 and is licensed in property and casualty insurance. He attended University of North Dakota, where he majored in Criminal Justice Studies and played four years of NCAA Division I hockey with the Fighting Sioux. A two-time National Champion (1997 & 2000), Lee also played professional hockey for 13 years in the NHL, AHL, and in Europe. After retiring in 2013 due to a car accident, he turned to coaching hockey and eventually the insurance industry. Lee currently is the head hockey coach of the Farmington Tigers in the Minnesota High School Hockey League. He resides in Lakeville, Minnesota with his wife Angie and two boys, Oliver and Lincoln. When not helping clients and spending time with his family, Lee is at the rink, working with hockey players of all ages and skill levels.

Siri is in her fifth year in the insurance industry and recently became a Minnesota resident, after following her family and moving from Des Moines to St. Paul in 2016. She now lives in St. Anthony Park with her golden retriever, Max. She has been working in the personal lines industry since her college graduation from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Nonprofit and Youth-Serving Organization Administration. Siri enjoys drawing, painting, running with her dog, and exploring new areas of the Twin Cities. She loves being able to spend time with her cousins and extended family in the area and visit her parents for fishing weekends on East Battle Lake in the summer.


Ashley Benedict

Ashley joined the insurance industry after graduating from Metro State University in 2012. She received her CISR in 2014 and now focuses mainly on personal lines and commercial insurance. Ashley lives in West St. Paul with her two dogs, Deuce and Dexter. In her free time, she enjoys getting up north to the family cabin in Aitkin for hunting, boating, or just relaxing around a fire with family. An avid sports fan, she interned with the U of M Sports Marketing Team during college—Go Gophers! And she loves to travel at least once a year to an away game to watch the Vikes.

Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her parents owned an insurance agency—a family business where good customer service was simply the right thing to do, and it is ingrained deeply within her as well. Tracey lives in White Bear Lake with her husband, Greg. She has five grown children, and together they have 14 grandchildren. In her spare time, Tracey loves family dinners and sleep-overs with the grandkids. She enjoys reading, baking, camping, and watching Netflix with her three cats: Pearl, Penny, and Pete.

Sarah specializes in personal lines and has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was first licensed when she was nineteen and started working for her grandparents’ agency in White Bear Lake. Sarah lives in Oakdale with her husband, Tim, and children, Roman and Madelyn. When she is not working, she can be found spending time with her family and finding new places to explore in Minnesota. She enjoys reading, camping, crocheting, and traveling.
